Dylan is a litigator in the firm’s Chicago office. He handles a wide variety of complex and commercial litigation matters in both state and federal court including real estate and contract disputes, business torts, injunctions, declaratory actions, and non-compete and non-solicitation disputes.
Prior to joining Fuchs & Roselli, Dylan was an associate attorney at Orleans Canty Novy, LLC, where he primarily focused on transportation and insurance liability matters in addition to cargo claim recovery and defense actions brought under the Carmack Amendment and COGSA. Previously, Dylan enjoyed a decade-long career working in higher education before turning his talents toward litigation.
Dylan earned a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Journalism and a Master of Public Administration from Northern Michigan University in 2008 and 2012, respectively. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law in 2017, earning numerous academic distinctions along the way including the CALI Excellence for the Future Award and nominations to the Dean’s List.
