Andrew focuses his practice on commercial real estate, general corporate and commercial matters. He represents and counsels both small and large business owners, landlords, tenants, entrepreneurs and investors of all kinds. Andrew’s transactional work includes negotiating and drafting letters of intent (LOIs), purchase and sale agreements and loan documents on behalf of clients throughout Chicagoland and the country.
Prior to joining Fuchs & Roselli, LTD, Andrew gained extensive commercial real estate and commercial litigation experience in the private sector where he primarily represented and counseled commercial landlords, investors and entrepreneurs breaking into Chicago’s commercial real estate market.
Andrew is licensed to practice in Illinois, a member of the American Bar Association and a member of the Real Estate Investment Associates (“REIA”) where he actively participates on various committees. Andrew also serves as advisory counsel for Superhero Collective, a local charity that is devoted to making a positive impact in the days and lives of terminally ill children throughout Chicago by donning custom-made superhero costumes and visiting area hospitals.
