Fuchs & Roselli's lawyers are experienced in the following areas:
- Asset Based Loans: The documentation of asset based commercial loans secured by the equipment, inventory, real estate and other assets of a company to provide funds for working capital, expansion and other corporate goals. In every case, we work with lenders to draft loan documents and perform a due diligence investigation of assets being taken as collateral to insure that our clients are receiving appropriate collateral for a loan.
- Real Estate Loans: The documentation of commercial real estate loans including traditional financing and mezzanine financing. We also perform due diligence reviews of title, survey, environmental, zoning and other aspects of a property to insure that our clients are properly collateralized.
- Uniform Commercial Code: The drafting of security agreements and financing statements to perfect the priority of our client’s interest in assets their borrowers have pledged as collateral. The Firm also handles all aspects of UCC Article 9 sales.
- Distressed Loan Workout: The handling of all matters necessary to a successful workout of a troubled loan including the drafting of forbearance agreements, loan modification agreements, deed-in-lieu agreements and asset surrender agreements. As well as the protection of lenders' rights under the United States Bankruptcy Code.
