Michelle L. Feola

Michelle handles a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters with her primary focus on all aspects of real estate litigation, including commission disputes, pre-closing representations and matters relating to construction defects.  Michelle also handles matters ranging from business torts to shareholder and partnership disputes.  She is experienced in condominium law, mechanics lien litigation, fraud, breach of contract, landlord/tenant litigation and municipal law. Michelle represents her clients from the early stages of litigation through trial and and post judgment proceedings, handling a variety of special remedy matters, including motions for temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions.

Michelle strives to offer her clients the ultimate in customer service.  Her goal is always to achieve the best results for her clients with a focus on forceful advocacy and efficiency.    

Prior to joining F&R, Michelle gained meaningful trial and appellate experience as an Assistant Cook County State’s Attorney.  Graduating from Fordham University in 2000 where she earned a B.A. in English and from Temple University in 2003 where she earned her J.D., Michelle moved to Illinois in 2003 where she met her husband.

Michelle is a member of the Bar in both Illinois and Pennsylvania and is a member of the Trial Bar for the Northern District of Illinois.  She is an active member of both the Cook County and DuPage County Bar Associations.  When not at work, Michelle loves spending time with her family and reading anything other than legal documents.
