Jessica Cooper

Jessica is an attorney in our real estate group, focusing on all details of a transaction to ensure a seamless closing process. In representing her clients, Jessica applies her legal and communication skills in conjunction with her practical knowledge of the real estate market in order for her clients to achieve their goals. Jessica believes that excellent communication is key and prides herself on always making herself available to her clients.

Once licensed as an attorney, Jessica pursued a career in real estate and she has remained in that field ever since. Prior to joining Fuchs & Roselli, Ltd., Jessica has closed countless transactions representing Buyers, Sellers and Lenders alike in residential and commercial transactions in a variety of unique scenarios. She is well-versed in all aspects of a transaction including title, financing and related negotiations. She also has experience with short sales and mortgage foreclosure work. Jessica’s vast experience and passion for real estate transactions has equipped her with strong negotiation skills to effectively represent her clients.

Jessica graduated with honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Minor in Spanish. She then went on to attend Chicago-Kent College of Law where she was on the Dean’s List and graduated in 2012 with a certificate in the Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution program. While in law school, Jessica worked as a law clerk in various fields including personal injury, worker’s compensation and for the City of Chicago. She also worked as a certified mediator and as a student law clerk at Chicago Kent’s legal clinics.

Jessica is the co-founder and chair of the Chicago Young Professionals Group for the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation (MMRF). Jessica and her group have hosted many successful events in order to raise money for research and promote awareness for multiple myeloma, an incurable blood cancer. Jessica is also a member of the Chicago Bar Association.

Jessica currently resides in downtown Chicago and enjoys all of the great restaurants and entertainment that the city has to offer. In her free time, Jessica enjoys traveling, attending concerts, cooking and spending time with her friends and family.
