Alexis A. Bettis

Alexis serves as corporate counsel to clients in the technology, manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceutical, food services, transportation, and engineering industries.  She has extensive experience advising corporate clients on commercial transactions, corporate governance programs, privacy, labor and employment matters, insurance coverage and strategic acquisitions and dispositions.  

Prior to joining Fuchs & Roselli, Alexis was a partner at a Chicago-based law firm where she served as general counsel to small to mid-sized companies.   Alexis also has extensive experience in commercial litigation.  In this role, she was responsible for overall management of litigation for many of her corporate clients and handled a diverse range of commercial matters at the trial and appellate levels in both federal and state courts.  

Alexis graduated from Northwestern University, where she earned double majors in political science and international studies.  While at Northwestern Alexis played NCAA Division I varsity field hockey. She earned her law degree at DePaul University College of Law, where she served as the managing editor of the Business and Commercial Law Journal.

Alexis is licensed to practice in Illinois and is an active member of the Chicago Bar Association, Women’s Bar Association and Professional Women’s Club of Chicago.  She currently serves on the Board of the Junior League of Chicago.
